What to expect at my initial Chiropractic appointment
On your first appointment we ask that you fill out your intake paperwork online through Jane App or arrive 15 minutes early to complete the form in our waiting area. We also recommend to wear comfortable clothing. Anticipate approximately 45 minutes with the chiropractor.
During your appointment you will meet the doctor face to face and they will take a full comprehensive medical history and get a better idea of your goals for treatment. They will then do a physical examination to determine the source of your pain or injury. The doctor will explain their exam findings and give you a proper diagnosis and their suggested treatment plan. Additionally, they will cover preventative care education, after which you will receive a full treatment as time allows.
At the end of your treatment you will be given homecare suggestions and exercises to do until your next appointment.
